Kay is a practising commercial and family lawyer with over thirty years’ experience. Kay brings a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Kay has extensive Strategic Planning and Corporate Governance experience as a past director of the Citrus Market Board and Chair of the Board of Management of Mildura Base Hospital and seven years as President of the Merbein Primary School.

Peter is an experienced criminal law solicitor. He is a defence lawyer who is known to be practical, fair and fights for his clients to get the best result.
Peter works mainly in the Magistrates' Court of Victoria and County Court of Victoria but has experience in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Local Court of NSW and District Court of NSW.

Rachel is our newest criminal law team member. Rachel has experience in advising and representing clients in the Magistrates' Court of Victoria, the County Court and the Local Court of NSW.
Rachel works closely with her clients to achieve the best outcome possible.
Rachel also has experience in acting for parents and children in the Children's Court of Victoria in both criminal and child protection matters.
Inga Dalla Santa
Inga has extensive experience in Wills and Estate, commercial law and commercial litigation.
Inga regularly advises clients on estate planning including the drawing of Wills and associated documents including Enduring Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Medical Treatment Decision Makers, the estate administration process and commercial disputes and claims arising out of Wills and deceased estates. Inga is a skilled negotiator and takes a professional and client-oriented approach to ensure her clients' needs are understood and met.
Inga is a Board Member of the Christie Centre Inc. She is also a member of the SuniTAFE and the Mallee Catchment Management Authority audit committees.
Alix commenced her legal career as a gap year student with us before studying law at Flinders University and returning to the firm as a qualified lawyer.
Alix's practice is primarily focused on commercial law, family law and children's court work. Alix has experience in working on complex commercial and family law matters as well as undertaking Legal Aid work and court appearances.
